During the check out process you will be asked to provide specific details and preferable time and date for the shoot.

We will contact you right away to schedule your photo shoot, depending on what date and time are more convenient for you. We will discuss all the requirements you might have before the shoot, we usually recommend to send us sample photos you like the most from our website, so we can get a better understanding of your preferences (like outfits/makeup and hair, background options).

Make a decision on what makeup, hair, outfit and background options you want to do

We always bring blotting paper, translucent powder, lint roller to all our on location shoots, so we can do some touch-ups if needed before we start. We pay close attention to all the little details. In case you feel like you and your colleagues would require make up and hair services, we can provide this additional option for you.

A few general tips regarding the outfits you're planning to bring for the shoot: make sure your clothes are pressed and clean, try new clothes on before photoshoot, do not wear baggy, bulky, saggy or otherwise ill-fitting clothing.

As for the background options, we can provide any background color. Light grey is usually the most popular. We can do a more dramatic look or more minimalistic/clean, depending on your preferences. If you want to do the office shoot, but feel like you want to have a city background view as well for the variety, we can easily edit it in postproduction. You can see some of the city view background options that were edited in postproduction on our page.

We will send you a reminder

A day before the shoot we will send you a reminder and also provide you with our Team’s contact information for the security in your building, if needed. It is crucial to sleep well before the shoot, we don't recommend having a sleepless night before the shoot or party hard. As you want to make sure you feel good and energized during the shoot.

Arrival Time/Portable Equipment

For all the corporate on locations shoots we arrive 30 min in advance, to check the space we will be using for the shoot and prepare. We use modern portable equipment that fits in a backpack and a regular suitcase so we don’t need a freight elevator. The conference room is usually the best option for the shoot since it' more private - comfortable for people, but we can do the shoot even in the hallway if needed. We always bring the laptop to all our corporate shoots, so we can connect it to the camera and you can check all the pictures right away in real-time.

Test Photo

We always do the test photo, before we start the shoot, so you can see it right away and decide on how you like overall look. We will also guide you on how to pose, so you feel comfortable.

Photo Editing Process

Our editing and retouching services include making any necessary adjustments to skin texture, removing any imperfections, removing any blemishes, adding brightness to teeth, hair editing, outfit adjustments (we can smooth out any wrinkles showing on one’s clothing), body sculpting (if needed), and background retouching. We will send you not only color photos but also black&white options and different crop versions.We will send you not only color photos but also black&white options and different crop versions. If you're planning to use these photos for your corporate website, we can even work directly with your web designer to make sure all the requirements are met.

The turnaround time

The turnaround time is usually 3-5 business days. But if you have a specific deadline, we can do it faster. Just let us know. After you get the photos and feel like you want to get more photo options, we can always send it to you. Not a problem!
